I am currently the Director of Product Design at Shopify. I lead a team of crafters and leads focusing on helping our merchants understand their Customers and how best to communicate with them through our 1p and 3p marketing channels.
In addition to 15+ years as a user researcher and product designer for Fortune 100 companies like Heinz, Burger King, and Mack Trucks and tech companies like Shopify, Grubhub and The Tie Bar, I have spent the past 10 years focused on building world-class cross-functional teams and getting the best work out of designers, researchers, and content strategists through mentoring, professional development, and creating internal processes. I also partner with product and engineering leads to drive results and increase market share year over year.
