Director, Product Design - As the head of the Chicago Design Studio, I lead a team of 20 designers, researchers, and content strategists that provide industry-leading solutions in our complex marketplace of 100k restaurants, 40k drivers, and our internal Grubhub users. I partner with leads from product and engineering to set the strategic direction in order to meet common KPIs and KEIs. I also help shape our incredibly complex set of internal tools to meet our internal Grubhub users' unique needs within Care and Operations. In addition, I am part of the design leadership team. I am instrumental in growing our team, improving our impact, and implementing new processes, including hiring, design reviews, team reviews, testing frameworks, and overall quality improvements.

Director of Product and Engineering - At The Tie Bar, I led the Product Design and Engineering Team. TheTiebar.com has 600k+ unique visitors a month with annual revenues of $20M+. During my time at The Tie Bar, the total conversion rate of the site increased by just over .5% and by double digits for our mobile customers. My team focused on product innovation and improving the customer experience. We worked closely with our customers and internal business departments to provide solutions for their unique needs.
